Calm Skin Herbal Bath
Ingredients
Chickweed (Stellaria media), Plantain (Plantago major), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia aquifolium), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Baking Soda, Oatmeal (Avena sativa) and Epsom Salt
How to Use
There are a couple of different ways you can prepare your herbal bath tea.
1. You should have received disposable tea bags with your order. Fill the tea bag with dried herbs. Hang the string on your faucet and let the warm water run over it. Once you are done filling the bath with water allow the tea bag to float in the water during your bath
2. Put a couple of teaspoons of the dried herb in a small mason jar. Pour boiling water over the herbs and allow to steep for 1-2 hours. Strain the herbs using cheesecloth and pour the herbal water into your bath.
