Are your products organic?

Yes! All of our products are made using organic ingredients.

What locations do you ship too?

Anywhere in the United States. We are not shipping outside of the United States at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order because we make every order fresh for our customers. After we process your order it will take 2-3 days for your product to arrive to your home.

How does shipping work?

All order are shipped via USPS 2 day priority shipping.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will be happy to resolve the issue with you.

What do I do if my salve is liquid?

Salve should be kept in a cool and dry place to prevent it from turning into liquid. To return it to a solid you must simply return it to a cool room and it will solidify.
